Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you require international shipping, please contact us at support@drowsymonkey.com for special arrangements.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

  • Drowsy Monkey is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns : Damaged Products: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at support@drowsymonkey.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Size Confirmation: Please ensure you check the size guide carefully before placing your order. We do not offer returns or refunds for items due to incorrect size selection.

Refunds
  • Refunds will only be granted if the product is damaged. Customers must inform us within 15 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, final sale items, and personalised products are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hi@drowsymonkey.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, provided you inform us within 15 days of receiving the item.
